If you are thinking of making a modification to the exterior of your home to include landscaping, patio’s, etc. A Design Review Form will need to be completed along with drawings/pictures of the modifications you would like to make.
Once you have completed the form and have all of the additional information, you will need to submit to Advance HOA Management at clientservices@advancehoa.com. Please anticipate up to 30 days to receive approval before you can begin your work.
Trailside Community Fencing Specification and Plan
The entire Trailside community has a detailed fencing plan and specification that must be followed on all fencing. Below is the approved fence specification.
