The following are some options that you can use to pay your Quarterly Assessments:
1. ACH (Automated Clearing House):
This payment option is our most popular. It is free and automatically withdraws the assessment from either your checking or savings account. If you wish to have your payments automatically withdrawn from your account, you will need to set that information up through our online communication portal. Please click here to log in
2. Personal Online Bill Pay:
This option is available for many owners through their personal banking institutions. It is set up and controlled by the homeowner. Please make sure that if you set this process up with your bank, then you add the account number and property address so it’s displayed on the check that the bank will cut and mail out.
3. Personal Check or Money Order:
These should be mailed with the corresponding coupon or invoice to the remittance address below. Please ensure that your account number or unit address is included on the check.
4. Credit/Debit Card:
If you wish to pay by credit card, this can be set up through the communication portal as well.
